In our 300-hour program, we will delve deeper into the complete practice of yoga, understanding it to be a complete health management system. In this course, we will combine the traditional empirical sciences of yoga and Ayurveda with modern science of functional anatomy and muscular function to empower individuals to progress towards improved health and well-being. From sports injuries to multiple sclerosis and from addiction to depression, the practice of yoga offers the tools and the techniques required to counteract and manage that which ails us. Through the application of the traditional teachings practices of Yoga, we can improve overall health, limit illness and continue to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
