At Sunshine Yoga we create a warm, comfortable and inviting environment for our students.
Sunshine Yoga Academy, a 200-Hour and 300-Hour Registered Yoga School located near Chinook Center in Calgary, offers students a warm and welcoming environment for their growth and expansion through the complete practice of yoga.
In order to create positive changes in the internal and external environment, our classes all require registration ahead of time. Continuity and determination are the key to success. Our registered sessions are all eight weeks long with two make-up classes permitted within the same session.

This practice is also known as Ashtanga Yoga, Raja Yoga, or the Yoga of the Eight Limbs, to discover the delights of the internal life, with peace, love and compassion in our hearts. .
